Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I still join the Course if I don't have a menstrual cycle? I'm on the pill, had a hysterectomy or I'm in menopause.

Yes, for sure. The nutrition and lifestyle resources will be beneficial for you, especially if you are using birth control, as the pill depletes vital nutrients from the body, which will be supported on a wholefoods plan. Extra supplementation might be required.

If you don’t have a cycle or you are in menopause the nutrition will be very beneficial for you, as it supports all the parts of your endocrine systems. In menopause it is especially important to support your adrenal glands and manage stress as your hormone production switches from being produced primarily in the ovaries to being produced in the adrenal glands.
