Choose any berries in season and make this lovely antioxidant-rich smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup unsweetened nut / coconut milk
- ½ cup of water (depending on preferred consistency)
- ½ cup of baby spinach leaves
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon hemp / vegan protein powder (Optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Make an extra serving to freeze and use as another breakfast when you pressed for time.
