Strawberry swirl smoothie

Servings: 1  |   Prep time: 10 min |   Cooking time: 0 min

Choose any berries in season and make this lovely antioxidant-rich smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened nut / coconut milk
  • ½ cup of water (depending on preferred consistency)
  • ½ cup of baby spinach leaves
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon hemp / vegan protein powder (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Make an extra serving to freeze and use as another breakfast when you pressed for time.
