Honey & Ginger Vinaigrette

Servings: About ¾ cup |  Prep time: 10 min |

This Honey & Ginger Vinaigrette is more than just a dressing, it’s a hormone-supporting powerhouse.

  • Extra virgin olive oil, ginger, garlic, and apple cider vinegar work together to reduce inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, and support balanced blood sugar, making it especially beneficial for weight loss and PCOS.
  • Healthy fats provide the building blocks for hormone production, while antioxidants help protect egg quality and support healthy ovulation.

A simple drizzle that nourishes your hormones with every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method:

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, honey, ginger, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over roasted vegetables, grain bowls, leafy salads, or wraps
