Fresh Chilli, Dill & Mint Vinaigrette

Servings: About ¾ cup  |   Prep time: 10 min |

This vibrant herb vinaigrette is packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients that help nourish your hormones from the inside out.

  • Extra virgin olive oil provides healthy fats for hormone production,
  • Fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and chilli deliver antioxidants that support liver detoxification, digestion, and a healthy gut microbiome.

Together, these ingredients help promote balanced blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and support healthy weight management, PCOS, and regular ovulation.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method:

  1. Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, chilli, dill, mint, garlic, and honey in a bowl.
