Hi, I'm Bea!
I’m a Holistic Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor, with a special focus on women’s hormones and health.
I hold a Masters degree in Environmental Science and worked as a Geohydrologist (Groundwater specialist) in the industry for many years.
While studying Environmental Science I was diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance called Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) that affects about one in ten women worldwide. As a scientist, with a lot of research experience I spent the last 13 years finding natural and nutritional solutions for my disorder and to balance my own hormones.
After balancing my own hormones naturally which resulted in losing about 12 kilograms, clearing up my skin and brain fog and putting my PCOS symptoms into remission I started The Happy Hormone Club in 2021.
Over the past three years, I’ve helped many committed women (just like you) balance their hormones through my high-quality educational offerings and personal guidance.
Now, it’s your turn to experience the same thing.

What will I eat and will it be budget friendly?
You will focus on eating wholefoods instead of foods that are processed and contains a list of ingredients.
Wholefoods include a variety of fresh succulent fruits, crispy vegetables, hearty whole grains, fresh caught seafood, nutrient dense beans, legumes, nuts and seeds and healthy free-range antibiotic-free animal proteins.
Wholefoods are foods where nothing good is taken away and nothing bad is added.
We understand that these foods provide our body with the building blocks for healthy hormones.
- Think antibiotic-free chicken instead of chicken nuggets.
- Whole grains or seeds like quinoa instead of ultra processed white bread.
- Natural sweetness from honey or dates instead of artificial sweeteners.
Most of our period issues and modern day diseases are rooted in chronic low-grade inflammation. Therefore you will be supported to reduce inflammatory foods such as refined sugar, cows dairy, processed oils and gluten.
Once you become a skillful wholefood eater, there will no need to go on any more crash diets in your life, ever again.
It’s also friendly on the pocket, because instead of buying microwave meals, expensive breakfast cereal, artificial sweeteners, sodas, fruit juices and ‘health bars’ you will be buying fresh and clean produce instead.

- We will do a cycle check-in, body scan and journal to replenish our energy in a safe women’s circle.

26 February 2025 (6:00 - 7:00 PM): STEP 3 of the Nourish Sequance: Love your liver
- You will learn the important role the liver plays in hormonal balance especially estrogen metabolism
- We will start incorporating more liver loving ingredients into our meal, and eat liver loving lunches
- We will also reduce alcohol to give the liver some well deserved TLC

This course is 3 months and includes live classes hosted by Bea and expert guest speakers online. You will have access to the community group and pre-recorded educational modules. After 3 months you can join the monthly membership to still have access to the community and modules.
There are many course packages to fit your current needs, some include access to only the group classes, whereas you can also choose to have a 1:1 consultation with Bea for tailored recommendations.
No , the group course has specific launching dates.
If you have signed up to the group course, you can bring your questions along to the weekly group class or alternatively you can ask on our private community group during this time.
Yes, you receive the Real-food Reset Cookbook which includes wholefood recipes. You also receive a meal-plan for guidance.
Yes, of course. You will receive all the guidance to support your body while on the pill as well the skills to quit the pill when you are ready. You will be using the moon phases to ‘sync’ up with your cycle, as you do not have a natural cycle while on the pill.
