Meet Bea
Bea is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor focusing on women’s health and hormones. She also qualitied in Womb Massage to assist women with pain, endometriosis and fertility issues.
She quit her job as an Environmental Scientist (she has a Masters Degree in groundwater) to become a women’s health practitioner, after healing her Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) with lifestyle and nutrition.
She’s very passionate to help women trust their own body’s ability to heal and is the creator of Menstrual Cycle Mastery, her 3-month group mentorship programme.

- If a clients needs additional support, they can book a personal consultation where the client will share personal information that is relevant to their health to allow the HHC to ensure accurate recommendations.
- The HHC understands that lifestyle changes are difficult, but is necessary to establish new mindsets and behaviours. The HHC will encourage the client on their journey.
