Bea: Founder of The Happy Hormone Club & Holistic Female Hormone Nutritionist, Masters Degree Scientist, Certified in Womb Massage & a qualified Pilates Instructor.
Since 2020, Bea has helped hundreds of women through workshops, courses, membership programs, and one-on-one consultations. She has shared her expertise on SABC 3 and presented corporate wellness talks for organisations such as ABSA.
Her passion for women’s health began with her own journey of healing from PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). Frustrated by advice that only managed symptoms, she turned to science-backed nutrition, movement, and holistic lifestyle practices to address the root causes.
Today, Bea empowers women with practical, evidence-based tools to support their hormones, reduce symptoms, and build lasting confidence in their bodies.

Taylor is a qualified herbalist and women’s health educator currently completing her Health Coaching training through the Health Coach Academy. After struggling with her own journey with PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and feeling disconnected from her body, she became deeply passionate about helping women better understand their hormones, cycles, and overall wellbeing through a holistic lens.
Blending evidence-based nutrition, herbal medicine, menstrual cycle education, lifestyle practices, and nervous system support, Taylor’s work focuses on helping women feel more empowered, informed, and connected to their bodies. Through Cycle Sistas, workshops, webinars, and coaching, she aims to make women’s health education more accessible, practical, and grounded in both science and real life.
