Best tips for lentils:

  • Always soak your lentils for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • If you are new the world of lentils, start with the red split lentils, as they digest easier
  • Lentils are not suppose to cause any flatulence, if it does, slowly introduce it to your meal instead of eating to much at once
