This is a very easy pizza recipe that you can top with all your favourite veggies.
Ingredients:
- Whole wheat / gluten-free wraps of choice
Hummus - Favourite toppings (onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, pineapple)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (add more if required to cover pizza base)
Toppings:
- Add more fresh toppings of your choice, after pizza is baked. eg;
Avocado, fresh herbs Rocket or coriander.
Method:
- Infusion method: Place 2 cinnamon stick with 2 cups boiling water in a thermos, cover and allow to steep for 1 hour or longer. Strain and enjoy.
- Decoction method: Place 2 cinnamon stick in a pot with 2 cups of boiling water, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
