Hi, Bea, I’m certified in Holistic Nutrition, Womb Massage, and Pilates and hold a Masters Degree in Environmental Science.

After balancing my own hormones naturally with lifestyle and nutrition, which resulted in losing about 12 kilograms, preventing monthly PMS symptoms from reappearing  and putting my PCOS symptoms into remission I opened The Happy Hormone Club.

My 3-session approach For Life-Changing Results

1️⃣ The first consultation is an hour long and our safe space for you to share your story with me. I ask the questions that matter, allowing us to uncover the root causes of your symptoms. We discuss the areas of focus and your lifestyle and food plan. This includes practical dietary strategies, easy-to-follow recipes, supplements, mindful movement practices & more.

2️⃣  You will receive a Womb Massage specifically designed to improve period issues, reduce period pain & improve fertility. For endo clients, a monthly massage will be highly beneficial to manage pain. If you are trying conceive, we schedule massages according to your cycle.

In this session we will also discuss and amend your food and lifestyle plan if necessary.

3️⃣ The third session we evaluate your feedback and results after implementing the lifestyle and food plan. We amend or add a few more recommendations for the next stage of your journey.

To further support your womb & menstrual cycle, you will receive home exercises to help your stretch your pelvic floor muscles. This practice supports the reduction of menstrual pain.

From session 4️⃣  & onward 30 minute follow-ups are normally sufficient for further support and recommendation, and is only R330 per session.
