High protein chia & hemp pudding

Hemp and chia seeds are both high in protein and fiber to keep you blood sugar stable, support your gut health and digestion and keep your energy stable throughout the day. 

Support stable blood sugar levels.

Ingredients: Chia seed base

  • 2 tablespoons dry chia seeds
  • ¼ water

Papaya mousse topping:

  • ¼ large ripe papaya
  • â…› cup nut milk

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Fresh berries
  • Cinnamon
  • Cocoa nibs (optional)

Method:

  1. Place your chia seeds and water in a glass and allow the chia seeds to swell (at least 15 minutes, or even overnight if you want to prep the night before).
  2. Blend your papaya and nut milk until you have a smooth mouse.
  3. Scoop mouse on top on the chia pudding, and add your favourite topping to finish off.
