That&#8217;s been difficult to manage but I&#8217;m ramping up my protein intake and eating bigger breakfasts to help me out with that.</p>

<p>I really enjoyed  Rose&#8217;s talk about flight or fight  mode and how to regulate vagus nerve.</p>
<p>I can tell I difference in my sugar cravings, they are down.</p>
<p>I get fuller faster by eating foods in the correct order.</p>

<p>I had multiple  periods  a month and awful symptoms  with them. </p>
<p>I had 3 pregnancies  and 2 births.</p>
<p>Both of my kids came early and both had to be stopped  from coming at 30 weeks.</p>
