									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made a very plain carrot salad with flaxseed oil as my oil of choice. As a woman with endo, I try and get flaxseeds or flaxseed oil in my diet where possible to help me flush estrogen.  </p>

That&#8217;s been difficult to manage but I&#8217;m ramping up my protein intake and eating bigger breakfasts to help me out with that.</p>
